These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the z7amp.com website , the IGNITE scanning app located at z7amp.ai , and any related services, checkouts, or applications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Z7 AMP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please note that Z7 AMP LLC is a distinct legal entity; we are not Z7 Solutions LLC.

1. Description of Services

We provide digital visibility analysis and optimization services, including:

  • Free Scan: A free, instant analysis that calculates your Market Exposure Score (MES).

  • Deep Diagnostic: A one-time, $297 comprehensive visibility audit that includes an AI-powered narrative report, competitor benchmarking, a 30-day prioritized action plan, and a free 45-minute strategy call.

  • Growth Plans: Done-for-you monthly retained services starting at $1,997/month, focused on AISEO, local presence, GEO readiness, and conversion optimization.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While our IGNITE engine analyzes 30+ signals across 9 dimensions to provide actionable insights , Z7 AMP LLC does not promise or guarantee specific revenue outcomes, traffic numbers, or search engine ranking positions. Digital landscapes and AI search models are constantly shifting, and our reports are designed to serve as strategic guidance rather than absolute guarantees.

3. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

All payments and checkouts are securely processed through our payment platform at vip.z7amp.com.

  • Deep Diagnostic: This is a one-time purchase. There is no recurring subscription associated with this product.

  • Growth Plans: Growth Plans require a 3-month initial commitment. Following the initial 3-month term, the agreement transitions to a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your Growth Plan after the initial term by providing 30 days’ written notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and technology associated with the Services—including the IGNITE engine and the methodology behind the Market Exposure Score—are the exclusive property of Z7 AMP LLC. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or commercially distribute our proprietary technology.

5. Third-Party Platforms and Data

Our engine pulls data from various third-party sources, including Google PageSpeed, domain databases, and AI search engines (like ChatGPT and Perplexity). We are not responsible for the uptime, accuracy, or algorithm changes of these third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z7 AMP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
By opting into the Z7 AMP LLC mobile messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Z7 AMP LLC at the cell phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on your interaction with our services.

3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

4. How to Opt-Out
You can opt-out of receiving text messages from us at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.
